Your data protection rights, and how Bloom Smart will help you use them.
Under UK and EU data protection law you have the right to see the personal information held about you, to have mistakes corrected, to ask for your information to be deleted, and to receive a copy of it in a portable format.
When the service launches, you will be able to request an export of your account data and delete your account from within your account settings, without having to email anyone.
This page will name the data controller, give a contact address for data protection enquiries, explain our lawful basis for each type of processing, and tell you how to raise a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.
